Newspaper Nail Art

Here's a cool, easy tutorial on how you can achieve newspaper nails!! Just follow the steps below.

The above image is garfield done with newspaper comics!

You will need:
-Base Coat
-White or Gray nailpolish
-10 small pieces of newspaper
-A small container
-Rubbing Alcohol (if you do not have rubbing alcohol you can substitute with vodka or water. Just keep in mind if you use water you will need to push a down a little harder.)

Step 1: Cut out 10 small sections of newspaper. I am using the comic strips for my nails.

Step 2: Apply a base coat to protect your natural nail.

Step 2: Apply 2-3 coats of (preferably) white or gray nail polish. Wait for the nails to completely dry.

Step 4: Poor some rubbing alcohol into a small container.

Step 5: Take a strip of newspaper and dip it in the alcohol for a brief moment. Take it out and press it down on your nail. Hold the newspaper down for at least 15 seconds.

Step 6: After doing this to all your nails apply a top coat or the newspaper print will rub off.

Enjoy!!

I would like to apologize for the poor quality of pictures. I use my webcam currently to do this, but hopefully in the near future I can repost better pictures!
